Delivery zones and charges
Delivered to your site in a morning or afternoon slot. Delivery is £20 + VAT in zone 1 and £25 + VAT in zone 2, and collection is the same again. Both are charged separately from the hire and shown on every quote.
The zone and both charges are confirmed on your quote before you commit. If your postcode sits on the edge of a zone, ask the hire desk and we will tell you which applies.

Go by your postcode, not your town
Most of Ferndown is BH22 and zone 1. Ferndown Industrial Estate, Stapehill and Hampreston are BH21 and zone 2.
Talbot Village and Wallisdown are split. The BH10 and BH11 parts are zone 1. The BH12 parts are zone 2. Bearwood is in Poole, but it is BH11, so it is zone 1.
Hordle and Sway, next to New Milton, are SO41 and zone 2. Bransgore is in Hampshire, but it has a Christchurch BH23 postcode, so it is zone 1.

- How much is delivery?
- Delivery is £20 + VAT in zone 1 and £25 + VAT in zone 2. Collection costs the same. So one delivery and one collection is £40 + VAT in zone 1 and £50 + VAT in zone 2. Your quote shows the number of journeys.
- When can you deliver?
- We agree a morning or afternoon slot with you. It is usually the next working day after your payment reaches us, though we cannot promise that.
